Hope you checked out my last post on my last property project so now I am onto my next. 

Getting the best deals on building materials and bathrooms and kitchen costs! I love hunting for deals. Again I can buy a property for a low price due to work needed but a bargain and turn it around fast.

Again ripping it out to a shell and starting again. Paying the bare minimum and getting great prices on the bathroom and Kitchen. I opted again for stylish and modern and fresh for the middle market and finish. These are the before pictures. My next post will be the after pictures.
